- Subrogation payment

Please use when requesting replacement rent payment due to non-payment.
Please fill in the necessary information and fax it to us.
*Please note that you will be exempted from the payment and will not be able to receive the rent guarantee payment it if a certain date has passed from the payment date as specified in the lease contract.
- Notification of change of subrogation payment

Please use it to change or withdraw the subrogation amount it if there is a payment from the resident after submitting the subrogation bill or if the billing amount is incorrect.
*Please note that we will not be able to accept a subrogation request for the same matter again after withdrawing.
- Request of change of withdrawal amount

Please use it to change or withdraw the amount, such as when there is a change in the contents after sending the amount to be debited, or when the amount to be debited is incorrect.
*Please make a request by 18:00 on the 5th of the month on which you plan to withdraw. Please note that we cannot accept any changes after that time.
- Parental consent form
- If the contractor is a minor, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the parental authority (Legal representative) in advance.
- Confirmation of completion of information provision
- This document is to be submitted when there is a joint guarantor in the contract for corporations or contracts where it is used for business purposes.
- Notification of Moving out/ contract cancellation
- When the contractor moves out or cancels the contract with the property, please fill in the necessary information and fax it.
- Rent payment confirmation table
- If the contractor is already living in the property, it is necessary to submit the rent payment status for the last 6 months.
- Support request form
- If you have any troubles with the foreign residents, messages to be passed on or points you would like to suggest to us for improvement, please contact us by fax. Our International Division staff will support you with foreign language requests.
