HOT HOSYOU INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is to prevent damage by antisocial forces or persons who have a close relationship with antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as "antisocial forces, etc.") by declaring the following basic policy.

1. Attitude toward anti-social forces

The company takes a resolute attitude toward anti-social forces and related parties and responds to them as a whole organization. We will also endeavor work to ensure the safety of the corresponding employees.

2. Block all relationships with anti-social forces

We will block all relationships, including business relationships, with antisocial forces and related parties. In addition, we will not comply with any requests from anti-social forces or related parties.

3. Coordination with external specialized institutions

In preparation for anti-social forces and related parties' demands, we will work closely with police, Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers, and other external specialized institutions.

4. Legal response to antisocial forces

The company rejects unreasonable demands by anti-social forces and its related parties and will take legal measures, as necessary.

5. Refusal of backdoor trades/ funding

The company will never undertake transactions with anti-social forces, etc. and its related parties, or provide funds to anti-social forces, etc. or its related parties.
